PERSONAL TRAINING AND COACHING RATES

Sessions in a package can be used towards either Personal Training, Coaching or a combination of both.

COACHING INFORMATION
Coaching sessions will be over the phone or using an online platform.
To fully serve you, new clients start with at least 4×45 minute sessions. At the end of those 4 sessions, we can explore whether continuing with 45 minutes or another option will be most effective for you moving forward.

PERSONAL TRAINING INFORMATION
Sessions are conducted primarily over Zoom.
I do offer in person sessions to a limited number of clients within 15 minutes drive from me. If you would like in person sessions but are further away, the rates will be adjusted to accommodate the additional time. Thank you for understanding.

If you are new to exercise or have not worked out for a while, I recommend starting with 30 minute sessions.
If you prefer to schedule a single session to try out whether this will be a good fit for you, and then decide you would like to purchase a package, that single session can be counted towards the package sessions.
Otherwise it will just be charged at the single session rate.
