Pretty Christmas lights everywhere. 

Isaiah 9:2 says: The people walking in darkness have seen a great light. 
John 8:12 Jesus said “I am the Light of the World” 

In a dark tunnel, just seeing a ray of light tells us that there is an end in sight. The “Light at the end of the tunnel”.
What do we feel at that moment? 
Relief yes.
More than that though- HOPE. 

And that’s what Christmas is to me.
The comfort and peace of HOPE.
The relief and reality of HOPE. 
Thanks to the LIGHT. 
And this is one of the main reasons I love Christmas.
