I work with women, primarily using an online platform. I also work with a limited number of women in person, in and around my town*. Sessions could be indoors or outdoors while maintaining socially distant practices depending on your level of comfort and convenience.

I provide options ranging from single session to purchasing packages with multiple sessions.
Sessions can also be 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
