Hi! I’m Shalini, an NASM & PROnatal certified personal trainer. I create customized programs to help you in your journey to get fitter, leaner and stronger.

My Clients

I work with women – women in the trenches: whether it’s those raising kids or taking care of family members, those juggling work in and/or out of the home, those struggling with depleted energy levels or health concerns. I know it’s hard, yet I know (and that you know) how incorporating some movement and exercise can help. Working with me helps provide that anchor of time, that push, that direction and guidance and most of all, that encouragement you need.

Online and In-Person Training

I offer both virtual sessions through an online platform as well as in-person training in:
Medfield, Walpole, Westwood, and surrounding towns.
Sessions range from 30-60 minutes and can be purchased individually or in discounted packages.

For in-person sessions, I bring exercise equipment to you! We use bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, a BOSU ball and more!!
For virtual sessions, we use bands, any equipment and everyday items you have. I offer guidance if you would like to purchase some items, such as dumbbells for yourself.
